Graceline’s predecessor firms started in 2005 with a dream of realizing economic freedom for its founders (all from humble working class backgrounds) through real estate investment. Building and buying homes evolved in 2011 to acquiring and transforming apartment communities.

We’ve leveraged our personal experience growing up in similar communities to uniquely address challenges and unlock opportunities. Given our backgrounds we provide a rare spectivity and champion an approach that is both empathetic and pragmatic.

We aim to create a safe, nurturing environments where residents thrive—learning, growing, and connecting with purpose. From edible landscapes and community gardens to children’s programs, financial workshops, and little libraries, we are committed to enriching lives and fostering a sense of belonging.
